Internet problems

I went to orlando for about a week, and came back to find Anarchy Online had a patch. No problem -- right? Wrong. I tried reinstalling it, but my internet connectivity is having problems, it cant get the dimensions, and it can't patch. I can't even get on the website.

Any ideas how to fix this?

Trace a ping to the web server to try to establish whether the problem is in your network or in their server. Once you find where the problem is it makes fixing it a lot easier.

Ah.. can't ping it, my program isn't working great.
I've had this problem before, i think i posted it somewhere, gonna look around, but heres the error i get for the program.

Its in the middle of the screen, and i can't access website either, on firefox or internet.
I don't know how to fix this, and i can't patch anarchy either..

If i fix dimensions, patching will work, so please help ^_^

ie. ping their website. For example, google.com, etc. etc.

MAybe anarchy is just having a problem.. like making a big update o_0?

I'm on the test server, which wasn't on update, i figured out the prob, thanks.
