NOD32's the best in my opinion. It's free and it has a great malware protection.

Well everything has a free "trial"...but nothing is free unless you know where to get it from. Trial versions aren't bad though. I think AVG anti-virus is pretty good.

That's what I was thinking. Nod32 Is free for 30 days only, but, Every single choice in the poll is a 100% Free Anti-Virus, Forever. No catch. (Except Win Anti-Virus......)

Ahh. I forgot that I cracked my NOD32 :P And I don't think Kaspersky is free...
I'm guessing AVG is the best since it's the only free one I've used and it worked pretty well. But according to PCWORLD, it has a bad protection compared to others.

NOD32 is the best antivirus, and according to several sources, it has been tested by virus bulletin, suceeded 45/47 times, the highest out of all antivirus programs.

as every1 says above, nod 32 is the best, but it currently has problems when running with gunbound and it causes it to fail.
so if you plan to play games protected by Gameguard expect problems also if you become premium to this site, you will find that you can get NOD32 and loads of other stuff free
