there are no components in C++, so you have to use the send() and recv() api calls instead.

lyndie08: winsock is pretty much a way to connect to servers/clients and send data between the two.

yes , but you can't do it on a big site alone ..
tried on softnyx.net and got temp ip banned after establishing about 13k connections and about 2k response from the server , connected/disconnected .

FFS people, THERE IS A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN DoS and DDoS.

DoS = Denial of Service
DDoS = Distributed Denial of Service

KEY WORD DISTINGUISHING THEM IS "Distributed."

DDoS'ing is when you use MULTIPLE computers, often referred to as "zombie" computers to flood an IP Address - usually done via a botnet.

DoS is when you use ONE computer - usually done via http flooding.

Stop saying that you DDoS'd a website when you only used your computer.

Actually, DoS is usually more than an http flood. A true DoS is using an exploit to crash a specific server, effectively denying service. HTTP flooding is more brute force than a true DoS. But you're definately right about DDoS.

I never said 1 computer , and "alone" doesn't refer to a computer .
Even used the hole network with 8 computers , once the connections rise sharply the ip is temp blocked .
so what did you get after infecting people with sdbot ?
