So i have a question...if i use the UAV jammer Perk + a non silenced weapon, when i fire do i appear as a dot or does the UAV jammer kick in?

The UAV Jammer, jams the UAV. So when an enemy calls in a UAV, you aren't detected.
The Silencer doesn't put you as a red dot on the enemies radar when you SHOOT.

Yes so pretty much use both if you really want to be undetected, like if you're a sniper. But other than that there are many many other perks that are better as you level like martydom, overkill, ect.

But, shooting with a sniper will cause you to appear on your enemies radar, and there are no suppressed snipers in this game except for in single player.
