Great tutorial! But I wouldn't recommend Norton at all. I hate it, but hey, maybe others like it. Another way downloading those programs is to restart your computer in "Safe Mode with Networking."
And it is best to always have a Anti-Virus on and active at all times. It might also be good to have a Firewall if you get lots of viruses or intrusions.  And it is also good to scan your computer for viruses, and spyware regularly!

Norton has massive overhead and is the worst bloatware I've ever used. If you want the best an antivirus has to offer, go with NOD32.

Norton isn't recommended because its firewall is too powerful. Once you turn it on, you can't connect to the internet lmao. That's why I suggest something anti-virus programs like AVG or Trend-Micro ^_^.
