TUTORIAL MADE TOTALLY BY ME!!!
PLEASE DONT FLAME ME FOR THOSE PROGRAMS, I USE THEM AND I FIND THEM GOOD, SO IF YOU'RE THINKING YOU GOT AN BETTER ANTIVIRUS, JUST POST IT IN AN REPLY.. DONT SAY TO ME WHY DIDNT U.. WHY DIDNT U.. AND THAT STUFF..

Got an virus? And dont have an antivirus and spyware remover? Here is how to remove the virus..
1. Go to google and search for "AVG Antivirus"
2. Download it, restart computer and run in "Safe Mode" (You enter that when you restart the computer then you press F8 and hit Safe Mode)
3. Scan your computer and when it said you have viruses and it'll ask to remove them, remove them and restart your computer, if it does'nt says you have viruses proceed now with step 4.
4. Now get an trial version of Spyware Doctor, search for it on google..
5. And download it, now scan and when it said you has it, remove them!
6. Restart computer in normal mode(as always) and you'll see your viruses are gone!

Tips:
Instead of Spyware Doctor you can also use XoftSpy.
Instead of AVG Antivirus you can also use Norton Antivirus, Kaspersky, NOD32, Or any other populair antivirus...

AN VERY GOOD TIP:
Instead of doing all those steps, go to safe mode and do an nice systemrestore to the time it worked Restart computer in normal mode and see ur result!

Well, Norton isn't that great, it causes lagg at times.

norton is like a bulldozer it has more protection ... maybe the lag is caused by your computer ? i like norton better

Might I add that if you are recovering from a serious viral infection and cleaned up you should reset thsystem restore(turn it off-->Apply changes then turn it on-->Apply changes) The virus still maintains presense in the protected system restore folders.

some viruses will stay after deleting, or are even undetected, so the best way is to safe ur files on a external or "D" hard disk and format ur C driver, most viruses are stored there
