I have found a way to resolve the mess that the virus maybe brought to you this tut is writen 101% by me

in this tut you can restore ALL you're options and disabled options like task manager or regedit if it isn't restored fully feel free to read my tut how to remove a virus or send me a pm so i can help you out i do it whit pleasure

lets get started.

How to restore you're options fully:
1. download the zip file below and extract it to you're desktop
2. open TweakClean and remove all enabled options
3. click on apply then click above on Internet Explorer do like 2 and click on apply

How to start up security center
1. press the start button and then Configuration Utility
2. click on classic previeuw and open system manager
3. click on services find security center double click on it and click on starttype automatic

cuz it's used as a kind of virus to disable options on the victims pc but you can also enable these options again thats the usefull tool for the infected person

btw i remove the thanks in the steps cuz helping peaple is more important then your reputation
