high school graduates in computer side

go for software engineer.. my bro is a software engineer of the company named eWarna.. something that has to do with colours for websites.. this company is big.. and he has an accountancy base.. with mathriology distinction.. he got a job at 8k a month(RM).. im going to follow his footsteps.. now he is in australia in some UK company after being transfered there.. so lets see.. 7k a month.. worth the study? i dam guess it is..

Well what are your interests in computers, are you into programming, gfx, website development, general computers, fixing problems, building and upgrading computers. It's important to do something that you will enjoy. With this knowledge i'll show you some courses that will be close to what you would enjoy.

what do u think i should do hornstar... im into fixing computers/troubleshooting/software cracking(security basically)/network admin... what courses should i take... any suggestions ?

i dont no what u wana take. but i asked the guys at BEST BUY that work behind the counter with the computers. i think there called the "geek squad" how much they make. and they said for EACH HOUSE they go to they make at least $40-80 just imagine how much that would be if u did at least 3 houses a day. multiply that by 5 days. then multiply that by a nother 4 cus of the weeks in a month. then multiply that buy 12. thats gona be ur salury `right` there. haha.
thats what im gona go for as my job.

no offense but best buy geek squad are.... stupid if u ask me. half the geek squard i talked to when i went to bestbuy to get my laptop repair just toke an A+ certified course and they arent into computers much as all. their really not making good money either...thats just my opinion

itzhowie the A+ certified course is a really good thing to do because its recognised all over the world as being the standard

I'd recommend it for most people.

Doing a specialised course at tafe/univerisity/college is a good step if you want a more higher paying job......however.....some course like an IT course are out of date after the 4 years and they tend to have a harder time to find a job then people who also have the A+ crediation.

@ itzhowie If you want to make the most money, get the skills and crediation first, work for anyone at first, then start your own business.

My friends brother `left` school early, got a good computer job, he has now made his own business, and his business is worth more then 1.2 million a year and he is only 18

tips: only work on businesses and not on home users there is more hussle and less money on working on the home user.

Invest a little money in getting a good user friendly website that will attract the businesses.

Do a flyer/paper drop to businesses only, my friend did over 5000 and got a huge response.

So get the crediation and skills in fixing computers/troubleshooting/software cracking(security basically)/network admin then you will have many opportunites to hit it big.
