I just wanted to know of any programs that can increase the audio output from streams such as youtube, I get really low volume there and I KNOW my speakers play ALOT (2-3x) as loud easily. I play gunz and there is such an occurance. I checked the volumes on the site, as well as on my pc, and I have no program besides the default windows application controlling my volume. It seems some streams are louder than others, which probably means the max volume is controlled by the video application, is there anything I can do to increase the volume? Thanx, seriously.

Wear headphones.
It seems you tried everything. That's the only logical solution.

try updating the audio driver.
Type dxdiag in the Run part in your start menu, then go to the "Sound" tab, from there, find out what sound card you have, go to google and search for the driver of that model.
If that doesn't work, buy speakers/ a new sound card.

Agreed with the top both, also some YouTube videos already have a low sound quality.
