why hello there,
i've got a real problem with my comp.

Everytime i boot it up, it runs fine, then ive got to sellect my user profile, when i do it starts up....then, after a while, the screen gets blue, i get som emessage tht there is an hardware error or something like that. and below it says physical memory dump, and then a counter going up. after that my comp reboots, and i can try to startup my user profile again. but well...same thing will happen.
10x in a row is the most ive tried, and now im on an ol dlaptop ive found somewhere in my house. but its way to slow for me to use for anything other than forums, msn and word=P

now i must notify you that before today my comp had the problem sometimes 2. but with thedifference it did work after rebooting once....

If you have changed your hardware within the last day or two or installed something then that is your problem. Reboot in safe mode.. (press f8) when you're at the BIOS screen. And then run system restore and restore to about 3 days before. Or you can try startup repair. Reboot, at bios screen, press F8. Then choose "repair my computer" and then chooes startup repair.

If you can, try getting a picture of the blue screen, and what the actual error is.

It seems more of a hardware problem rather than a configuration problem so if that's true, system restore won't work.

A problem has been found. Windows is being shut down to prevent damage.

If this is the first time that you see this screen with the stopping error, you must reboot the computer first. If this screen is seen again, you can best do the following things:

Check if there is enough diskspace available. turn off the steering program (translated litterally....dunno the real word) when this is notified in the stopping error, or you can ask the fabricator voor an modified version. possibly replace the screen adapter.

Ask the hardware provider for an eventual BIOS-update.
Turn BIOS-memoryoptions like cashing or shadowing off. if you want to use the safe mode to remove certain parts of turn these off and rebot the computer. after that press F8 to choose advanced starting options and select the safe mode.
