haiyo... if u want to play cs(online) u need to original serial cd number, if not u wont get reg to play online even u have installed steam and have an own acc...
2 things u only can do is :
1st. buy the original cd or cd key(serial number)
2nd. steal the ID/PASS from ur friend/cyber cafes/others :P

There is only 2 ways to connect on steam. Steam cracked and steam regular.
No most keygens are already registered to accounts. best bet is to buy one.
