Doubt any of the free host works, most of these freehosts have their php_safemode turned on, so the only way is to use a cgi proxy script, like the one here: CGIProxy-- HTTP/FTP Proxy in a CGI Script
but the downsides of this is that with cgi a lot of server cpu usage is required in other words /ban your free hosting account.

Instead of doing this you can actually just unplug the network cable when it says "Loading personal settings". When I was in high school if you did this the internet sites that were blocked weren't loaded so you could access anything.
