However, McCain made a wise decision to pick her, as she was the governor of Alaska (hello oil drilling!!). McCain will also pull some of the hillary supporters with this move as well.

After Obama it will be a azn going for president. Then a Gay guy comes along saying he can do the job, or a pedophile or some Lezo.
In a few more years they will be nominating people off American Idol to be there President.

IMO nobody is good. They all speak lies =P, Bush knows that people hate him. Bush knows that people want him out of Iraq. And he keeps troops in Iraq because he can't get them out. Now if his entire team can't get troops out, what makes you think anyone else can? At least not for a while...
What about the economy? Well, it's like a loop. High gas prices means less money to spend. How can that be fixed? Bush tried tax rebates, and that worked for a while. What about researching alternative fuels? Oh wait, the US is already in huge debt (9 trillion to be exact). IMO we are doomed for another 20 years
Offtopic: Btw fuel efficiency won't work, we're still spending gas and old cars are still out there =P

Offtopic: Btw fuel efficiency won't work, we're still spending gas and old cars are still out there =P | The 9 trillion is simply part of deficit spending. Its normal in EVERY working economy. Deficit spending is part of every successful economy out there.
As for being "doomed for another 20 years," you realize that America is not the only country suffering from "high gas prices," right? Australia, and the countries in Europe are undergoing the same economic decline as we are. The difference is that Americans are making a big deal about it because we are a country known to have "everything." When something goes wrong, we complain. I'm American, and I can confirm that we are a nation of complainers. I do it all the time too. The NYSE has picked up quite a bit ever since the slight decline in oil prices a couple of weeks ago. We're not "doomed," don't worry.
As for "researching alternative fuels," what do you think they've been trying to do all of these years? Global warming is not a "new" problem. It has been around for AGES. The only difference is that the general public was not aware or informed about the prevalence of global warming. Same goes with the "gay and lesbian" issue. You think gays and lesbians were discovered just recently? Hell no. Gays and lesbians have been around for a very long time. The only difference is that the general public was never aware of the prevalence of homosexuals out there, because everyone was afraid to come out of the closet. Now that laws are being made to stop discrimination of gays and lesbians, people are finally willing to come out of the closet about it.
Politics is not as simple as you think it is. Politics consists of corruption and media among other things.

McCain will also pull some of the hillary supporters with this move as well. | It's beneficial for him in the General Election, but the conundrum is : is it good for the country?By selecting an incompetent woman ,who is a governor of low-populated state and was a mayor of a town comprised of 6000 inhabitants, is a huge slap to Hillary and her devout supporters' faces.Im assuming that women predicated their vote on Hillary's astuteness, perpicaciousness and valiance..if they vote for Paulin, then they are entirely disregarding everything that Hillary stands for such as her stances on Health Care, women's rights and whatnot.
Imagine..if McBush were to die of natural causes, she would be the commander in the chief of THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.She has even less experience than Obama and this oil drilling folly is ridiculous.I see through the ploy..lets hope the acrimonious feminazis will as well..

Politics is not as simple as you think it is. Politics consists of corruption and media among other things. | I don't give a flying f*ck whether you think Obama is ready to be president or not. He sure as hell is better than McBushalot. Obama is a humanist, he cares for people. McBushalot doesn't know sh*t and his policies, no matter how much the republicans deny it, are insignificantly different from Bushes policies.
It doesn't matter whether Obama can do all that he says he can, what matters is that he will try and we KNOW he WILL try. He's not someone who speaks a load of crap that he doesn't believe in. When he graduated from Harvard Law school at the top of his class, he gave up his ticket to wealth to go help out the communities that were in dire need. That is something he BELIEVED in.
McBushalot is riding on experience and being a war veteran but that right there isn't enough to be elected president. He has experience all right, experience at voting on Bush's side 90% of the time. A war veteran? Yes Americans respect that, but they aren't going to make him president because of it (remember Kerry?).
Obama is a human being, whereas McBushalot is a zombie.
Now that McBushalot decided to choose a incompetent running mate as VP to play the gender card and attract Hillary supporters, it just shows that he's desperate.
Obama made a wise choice with Biden. Biden is experienced in foreign and economic policy, some of Obama's weaker areas.
McBushalot doesn't support universal health care which is something millions of Americans without insurance need. Sure it's going to cause your taxes to go up (TO PAY FOR IT) but don't complain because we in Canada already pay higher personal taxes than you.
McBushalot wants to continue War in IRAQ, a War that was started because Bush Jr. decided that it was time to finish the War his daddy (Bush Sr.) never finished. IRAQ didn't even have weapons of mass destruction, nor did Bin Laden (the real threat) ever reside there - he's in some cave in Afghanistan. Obama wants to take troops out of IRAQ and focus on Afghanistan - THAT is the right move.
Republicans are self-centered and care more about the economy and their economic well-being than they do about the people - something that democracy is all about.
I could go on and on as to why Obama is a better choice.
