Still pending approval for official use, but you can start playing.
If the drop rates are any higher than 1x, the server will bug and only drop 1 ETC. item.
Official rates (Normal Commercial Evo server rates): 3x/1x/1x
Event Rates (Hallowe'en): 100x/1x/30x

1) Yes.
2) Nah; barely any lag.
3) Insert your desired username and password on the game(the part where it says login) then it should say "account doesnt exist", then retry again with the same username and PW and it should work.
