It's a 2D RPG Creator, for an example, think of Byond games, Pokemon games on the GBA and the DBZ ones, like that. A battle system is allready pre-coded (Default Battle System) for people to use, though, it is possible to create a CBS (Custom Battle System) or a ABS (Active Battle System) Through the coding system the program uses =]
