Animal Crossing is a very fun video game. The basic idea of the game is you're a human who has moved away from home to a village where all the residents are animals. You're supposed to make a living for yourself, and there are multiple ways of doing so. You can catch fish and insects, earn money to upgrade your house, make friends, do favors, plant things, fill your house with all kinds of furniture, and tons of other things!


Steps:

When you first start the game, you're on a train headed to your new town. There is a cat named Rover, and he will ask you your name, gender, and the name of the town your headed to. He'll also set you up with your first house, by telling his friend who owns the store in your town to sell you one. Fill in the info with what you want and then you'll come to your village.

As you get off the train, you'll see what you look like. There are several different faces, and if you don't like yours, just reset the game and start over.


When you get off the train platform you'll meet Rover's friend, Tom Nook. He owns the shop, and you'll sell your stuff to him to earn money later. He takes you to a group of four houses and you'll choose one to live in. He'll tell you about the little brown thing which is called a Gyroid, that's how you'll save the game. You have 1000 bells (the currency in the game) which you must give to him, but that's not enough. He tells you to go to his shop later to work off your debt. To find it, go back to the train station and go to the sign. It's a map and will tell you about all the places and people living in town including Nook's shop. Once you're there he'll have you do errands for him as his employee until he's run out of them. They include meeting everyone in town, and delivering things. this doesn't last long, but afterwards there's still a debt to pay. He'll tell you how to pay it off. Once your all set, go ahead and explore all the things you can do. The possibilities are endless!

Home Decor

You will probably notice that your house is really boring. Well there are a ton of things you can do to change that. You can upgrade you house or get awesome furniture and wallpaper.

There are Two ways these items can be obtained. By A: The honest way.Or B: By cheating

For A all you do is visit Tom Nook each day and acquire the items in his shop.
Or you can use the universal codes to get free stuff.


Tips:
There are tons of events that happen year round so keep an eye out for unusual things.
Make sure you save the game before you shut it off! If not you'll get a long lecture from Resetti the mole.
If you search online you can find cheats to do thing and get things along with tons of tips.
If you want to get money without using cheats then do the little jobs for the town folk, or sell the items you get. You can also fish after you get a rod, catch bugs after you get a net, and search for seashells. All of these things can be sold at the shop.
The bigger the shop, the more the items. Each time you pay off your debt, the shop will grow. Your house will grow too.
Be sure to play Animal Crossing often. If you leave the game for too long, cockroaches will get inside your house.
