This little tool I found came in my downloaded version of the game, so I decided to post it for you guys. Instead of typing out the cheats, this does it for you at the hit of one button on your keyboard. This also comes with a few hacks as well such as freezing the mission timer, ect. Not that much of a help, but if you have a swat agency on you or you're drowning in water, and you need health quick, this is the tool you should get.

This is not my hack, i found it online.

true, but it came with the GTA:SA which i downloaded... So, it is quite handy.
Nonetheless you can just type cheats in, but this method is better
