I dont think there is an online game for gta..
If you are talking about GTA SA yeah you can play multiplayer at San Fierro and the place where it looks like Las Vegas(Forgot the name of the city) only in ps2 and xbox
IDK about the other series of GTA =/

You need the full version for SA-MP, but I'm not sure about other GTA games

yeah you need full game does not work on vista sometimes on vista ultimate
