Once you get past the first mission, insert the following cheat:

Circle right circle right left square triangle up (Never wanted)

then, drive to the airport, since obviously you do not have the pilot license, you need to use the jetpack to get in the airport, use this cheat:

Left, Right, L1, L2, R1, R2, Up, Down, Left, Right

Once you get in, try to find the jet, called Shamal(There's an small plane but its slow). Shamal looks like this:

How to use the airplane:

Controls

X=Accelerate

Triangle=Leave the airplane(If you leave the plane while you're in the air you'll have a parachute most likely, you can open it with the circle)

Square:Slow down(if you slow down too much your plane will crash lol)

After you got into the plane, just depart and you're good to go ^^, I recommend you just jump off the plane instead of landing, cause its hard to land lol.

Hmm, if you dont wanna use shamal which is slower, try using Hydra(after you put the 'never wanted' cheat)

to use hydra:

triangle triangle square circle X L1 L1 down up.

once you rise, with ur right analog stick, move it forward for a lil while and you should gain some speed, to land, just move ur right analog stick back-wards and press square until it lands, easier then Shamal

There's another way to get in the air port without the jetpack cheat;
Get a car/motorbike drive to the side of the box where the the guy is in, get out of the car/motorbike, jump on the car/motorbike, then jump up on the block where the guy who opens the gate for you, then jump over the fence. After that you can bring your car, motorbike in but you gotta be really fast, get out of the gate from the inside, run to your car/motorbike, get in and drive in the gate.

You can't survive going to blocked lands without the health cheat. Cops/Swats/Soldiers/Jets will be going after you, you'll die easily. So, get the health cheat, and use the jetpack (jetpack doesn't blow up, you'll just get shot to death, use health cheat during that). The only thing you will get that's useful is the different combats. There's Kickboxing/Tai Kwan Do/Boxing and I think they are the only 3.
