but try this one out in PS2
it still works ill give u the cheats on PS2 and try to do the glitch
here are some buttons for the cheat:
bubble cars---->Square, R2, Down, Down, Left, Down, Left, Left, L2, X
cars fly----->square, down, L2, up, L1, circle, up, x, left
increase car speed---->up, L1, R1, up, right, up, x, L2, x, L1
too bad i didnt find the cheat for max driving skills......

OR you culd search cheats codes for GTA SA OR VC (ps2, PC or PS3) and everything is there even in gamewinners lol

stand in the corner by the corner in the los santos gym, spawn a jet pack and fly straight up

I don't think this is a glitch or not, but when you want to level your gun skill, switch to the gun you want to level and shoot at cars, your skills will increase faster than killing people.
