You can send them if they will not do anything the user would not like (eg deleting files).

The best GUI is no GUI. At this point, it's unneeded.

All it does is change your splash based on what you have in the folder.
And All you have to do is open it to do what you want.
You really think it should have a GUI?

A GUI in this case would probably just make things more complicated/confusing than the should be

Plus, as I said before, an exe/gui would make it more difficult to add the customization that the bat has to offer

To change something really quick, all you have to do is right click>edit and change a line of what you want.

It can also easily be used by noobs because they don't have to touch the code, just put their splash in the folder for an easy change.

I see, do you think it should be in the Graphical Section? Because if you put it in the Downloads Section its way better... Because its a program, even if its .bat.

Ah, if this was in the Download section, it would get in the way of the real hacks

Plus, I think it will help a lot of people interested in graphical modifications. So when they go to that section, they see it
