Easy Purple and Gold items
Normally Chest locations in Guild wars are relatively random, However there are some spots where they spawn every time. Just outside of Boreal Station there is one of these instances.
This place is accessible to anybody that owns Eye of the north. It is the first town you arrive in after going through portal. The Chest will be there 90% of the time and 25% of the time there will be two.
All you have to do is walk out of Boreal Station and follow the path north a short ways (about 20 seconds). There are no guys to fight, so you can do it with any class or build.

You will need Lock picks (obviously) to open the lock box. It is about a 45-60% chance for a gold item. You can usually sell Unidentified items for around 2k (depending). and Lock picks are about 1.5k, and usually can be used more than once.
The items that drop usually high requirements but often have max mods.
No Quests are required to do this, and it is a fast way to get many gold items.
