Cannot read all of the error, but maybe a vital componant of the actual trainer is missing, or something is infected hence, 'ErrorDocument'. That's all i can say for the time being.
I will look into it for you =P

1.01 still works.
However, sometimes the image of the ad is missing to me. So what I usually do is either :
1. Restart the trainer.
2. Click on the empty white space.
3. Redownload.
