Make "The Duel Mode", then select "Shower Room".
Making Shower DM/TDM/Glad/... is private, nobody will telll you.

I want to make a deathmatch shower room. I know that i can make a shower room in duel match. But i need a shower room in deathmatch. Please give me specific instructions like :
Hold enter + up arrow in the match modes... bla bla bla..
Please someone give me specific instructions on how to make a shower room in deathmatch

What Kamil is trying to say is the people who do know how to make shower room won't tell you because it is private, in other words it's only between them (the ones who know how to make it, if there are any) and they're probably not going to share their secret(s) with you. Have a nice day
