well u will nid a decompiler, bruteCRC and thats all =D
but u will nid to know how to use them LOL

1. Decpompile system.mrs
2. Do what do you want with [file].xml's.
3. Search the CRC32 of [file].xml in filelist.xml, and copy that.
4. Open BruteCRC.
5. Paste CRC code into "Request CRC32 (hex)"
6. "Select" your edited [file].xml
7. "Do it!"
You window can freeze for some min's, then you should see a pop up saying do you want to add crc to file, press "Yes" and thats all.

to change the dmg of weps you need to open the zitem.
when ur done just save it, then you need the CRC32 (hex) and paste it at the file list( at the system/zitem )  thats near the bottom of the page
