people chose the nico over the subs because the nico has little to no spread. makeing it actually more powerfull if you have good aim. more of a point and shot then a spray and pray in reallity.

like for example TDM sub PWNS... nico is for like berzerk or DM or other solo games...

Thats because nico has more ammo in its clip , has less delay and is better for far range
