short answer ...no it is patched
long answer
after many uses of this hack (true autoquest) they decided to make npc health part of the server.... ur computer no longer controls how much hp the npcs have the server does, but this is still possible on Pservers

Well ok thx ,.. So with the system.mrs file i've got now and teh quest maps i've got questing goes some faster but now they spawn on 1 place and dont move ,.. is there any thing i could add to make it even faster questing?
,.. I tried to modify gun dmg but this is also patched i guess?
