it's not only the worlditem.xml encrypted but also the filelist.xml too...if there's anyone know how to unlock this please post it here... -----------------This post was merged together. In future use the edit button.-----------------
every important .xml has become .xml.mef, oh well...i will work on quest map then, until someone found a way to crack/decompile it...

Correct me if, I'm wrong... Isn't there an .MRS Or XML Decompiler? Which can unecrypt a MRS/XML File?

There is a .MRS decompiler.
.XML can be edited just like that.
.MEF is a new one.
I also encountered this problem today.
And it sucks T.T

no actually we were causing a disaster editing the system files when we shouldn't be
now its all encrypted and we cant edit the files
untill someone finds a way to decrypt them ....=[
