Relax, don't have a tantrum. If you are going to post something you should test it first to see if its correct. If for some reason you can't, then you can ask someone to test it for you and tell you which do work so you can update the list.

You don't download them. Those commands are only for ADMINS of any private server, regular users can't use them.

But you have to have atleaste GM status to be able to use them...
