| .MRS Editing Error -Text-Only Format Solution
When editing .MRS files like system.mrs (use the .MRS Unpacker from the downloads section), you may find when saving files like scenario.xml you come accross the warning that it will save in a text-only format (it's because of the east-asian characters).. The solution is to click "no" on the warning, and when it brings up the box, go to the file type and select Rich-Text Format.. It will rename your file in the save box to something like "scenario.rtf".. simply rename it to .xml again and it should ask you to replace when you click save. Click yes.
This is just because edits sometimes don't work if you save in a text-only format.
