If im not mistaken, it will really increase your HP, just that the weight and others doesn't.

AP, HP, Delay are reals. Damage, Bounty, Weight, Level Restriction, Ammo are Client Side.

| thoes are all server side not client side. plus they have added a server side check to the delay. altho there is a way around that but hopefully it will not get out to the public.

What some of the do is that they really do increase you AP, HP and weight. But they are not the actual premium items. For they are client sided.
