you can't but you can get an auto quest...it's way easier to get item quests..or just get a godmode..

Its probably just luckily but trying shooting mini bosses with pistols in head they SEEM to drop more !!!!!!!!!!!!

I guess you could edit those values with a UCE?..

u just got lucky, there is no such thing as shooting bosses/normal mobs/minis in the head to get a higher drop rate.
hell, if its true, i should should shoot shamans in the neck so that they can drop crimson necklaces.
