you can edit the skins for just about every thing all you need is an mrs unpack and a program that can read .dds file formatsie:ifranveiw or photoshop although they both require you to insall a plugin for it ifran veiw only allows you to view then and not to creat dds you would need sumthing that converts picture formats into .dds
