I was messing around with the system.mrs and look what i made
2000000 HP and AP lolz 
THe items that i edited are pierre ring and the warriors cry  
I would like to thank jjbomber for releasing his mrs packer/unpacker ( took me a while to figure it out tho, cuz i'm a noob) and Tri-Edge cuz he taught me how to edit the zitem.xml. thanx guys 
edit: if u want to learn how to edit it then ask Tri-Edge cuz i dun want to post something that is not mines, samething goes for the mrs packer/unpacker. (ask jj bomber)

It does count as long as you know how to bypass it so you can use the edited system.mrs inside the game.

I've already seen this hack work in-game before. It's like a God-Mode except it takes a LONG time to get them to die.
