any1 know the system graphic card necessary to not lag in this game.. ? i'm like lagging alot. also i need to knowwhat ram is necessray.
i have a 255 ram and a Geforce2 MX 800 graphics.. <--- its realy bad..

Yea, i expected a hell load of lagg, but i got none, its real wierd becasue Halo 1 gave me a crap laod and none from Halflife 2 and css

yep, i had to get a new one. i just got a 256mb graphics card. its also have to do with your processer i think. but u should tyr getting a new one. the minimum for the game was a 256mb card for the graphics, but that might not stop the lag.

Rofl. You're computer doesn't even meet the requirements for 1.6. Get more RAM, at least 512mb, new graphic card, at least for PCI (you probably have AGP slots), and get gaming .

Here are the requirements for HL2 :

Minimum: 1.2 GHz Processor, 256MB RAM, DirectX 7 level graphics card, Windows 2000/XP/ME/98, Mouse, Keyboard, Internet Connection

Recommended: 2.4 GHz Processor, 512MB RAM, DirectX 9 level graphics card, Windows 2000/XP, Mouse, Keyboard, Internet Connection

which is way faster then that

i jsut got one of those cheap gaming computers for like $549.99

Its amazing how u can $349 ge graphics card with a $300 dual centrino mother board

for only 549
