... You can just buy RAM by itself, and MANULLY install it onto your computer/laptop. It's really, not that hard.

Yeah RAM is hardware, not software.
You'd have to go out and buy it, and read instructions on how to install.

Pshhh. Just open up your computer case, take out the stick of ram, look at the sticker, on it should say "DDR(2)-____" or PC___. thats the speed of your ram. go buy another stick same speed, more or less amount of ram.
