I'm planning on buying more RAM and a new video card to play games more efficiently. Here is my specs
(Pretty old computer)
Operation System: Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition (5.1, Build 2600)
System Manufacturer: MICRO-STAR INTERNATIONAL CO., LTD
System Model: MS-7211

Processor: Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 2.80GHz

I was wondering what video card would improve my gaming experience by a ton.... Ty and I'm only 14 so I have to find something that isn't too expensive.

I'de suggest the Geforce 6200 OC by BFGTech, upgrade your ram to atleast 1 gb and get something like the 6600GT 128MB card. Here is some information that can help put some viedo cards into perspective for you, and can help when you take your computer resolution into account. Oh I'm going to get 2GB for RAM. Around 7x dollars. Memory upgrades, flash media, and usb storage at Crucial.com ... DDR PC 3200. Only two slots for my computer. :/

Oh, you really should think about getting a new one, mac in my opinion. Then get the card i told you about if you want better video card.

If you really want to expand your gaming experience, might want to go all in and slowly hange your motherboard, processor, video card and add some ram.
