I have a GeForce 7950GTX (can't remember the exact name)
It's the dual card with 2x 512MB cards.
It has two outputs to connect monitors to it, but when I bought the PC the monitor I got with it required an adapter to connect it to the back of the PC
.. somewhat like this..

the blue side is the cable that goes from the monitor, and the yellow side goes into the PC.. basically, the cable is too large to fit into the PC so it requires an adapter.
BUT..
I have a spare screen I'd like to use as a second monitor for this PC, but I have the same problem, the only cable I have fits the monitor but needs an adapter to fit into the second output on the back of my computer for another monitor, I need another adapter.
And I'm asking this...
Since I already have two outputs on my PC but 1 adapter, I am going to buy one more adapter, and I want to know which one would work best and WHY it would work best.. my options are these:
another adapter like i already have:

or a new one like this (which could go into the back of my PC with my current adapter already in the back of my PC and connect to two of the monitor cables I already have):
I'm not sure if there is any significant difference I just wanted some answers before I buy one of the adapters.. BOTH ARE THE SAME PRICE.
Thanks for reading, apologies if it didn't make much sense, feel free to ask questions, I need a reply ASAP please as I will be buying today hopefully.
