No it won't "break"...
If you leave it plugged in all the time, it'll stay at 100% all the time.
It's what I do.

when i had my laptop for school i would always have it plugged in. but when you first get your laptop, you should always use the battery until it dies, then charge it. it will last longer like that. but over charging your battery all the time will eventually make the battery lose its 'power' faster when our just using the battery with no plugs. its the same thing as over charging your cellphone battery or anything else.

Then charge it again when its low. Best way to keep the charging cycles from degrading. Yes you can always just plug it and keep it that way. From my experience things can happen when its plugged in all the time. Ex. Someone might trip over your cord and then bust your charging connector and then you ccant charge your laptop anymore.
