Over all it a nice pick but i would change these:

RAM: Get a 1066MHz RAM if your motherboard can handle it ( Newegg.com - OCZ Reaper HPC 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1066 (PC2 8500) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory - Desktop Memory ) If not get a 800MHz with low timing ( Newegg.com - Kingston HyperX 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory - Desktop Memory )

Case & Power Supply: It better to get them separately. Because mostly power supply that come with the case don't usually last as long. For the case i would choose a full ATX tower but that might be too big for you. For case choose the one you like and make sure it has plenty of fan slot for best air flow.

I wouldn't get that HDD

Try that instead its 500 GB like u want but Samsung makes ALOT Better HDDs. Western personally gets to hot and to loud and can be little glitchy. Samsung here is not only cheaper, but I personally feel they run alot cooler and quieter, and in this case its cheaper?

As for Video Card yea like hechen said get a GTX 260 or 280 if u wanna pay that much OR a nice 8800 GT like i got is still nice, BUT u can easily get them for around $100 or $100-140 range anything over that really is over priced i think. You can even check Best Buy if u want or w/e?
