Wireless Router PISSING ME OFF...

ok so heres the deal i had got a virus on my hp compt and so i had did a full system restore and now i dont have internet on it but on this dell im using ATM the router is still hooked in and still has the same settings... i need help on ....

Setting up a WIRELESS CONNECTION (in my network conncetions folder)

Getting the ADAPTER to get the signal

also ive looked at TONS of websites and none are helping id really APPREICIATE a IN-DEPTH GUIDE/Response.

BTW im not that GREAT with this stuff...

Well you have to install the hardware drivers before anything else - which usually comes from the CD's you receive in its box. You don't actually need to go click "setup home or office network", because once the driver is installed the hardware will work and it will auto setup your connection.

You can start by telling us your Model number of your computer if it's prebuilt it would help greatly.
