Im having some problems with this graphics card. I plug it in, I downloaded the drivers, but whenever I try to install I get this weird error message. Heres all my system info.

you still have your other graphic card enabled. u might wana disable it for a little bit. im not sure how to do it anymore.
i dont wana fack you your computer.... and that graphic card is really really old...

Yes it is. I bought it awhile ago. I don't have any other graphics card running either. I actually just had my comp fixed because it was hacked and the system files were deleted. Even with my Integrated SiS Graphics that are on here I can play Gunbound. Hell I can play any game. Some just lag. But it's not detecting my SiS Graphics.

Honestly Nvidia hit a brick wall with that graphics card. Your absolute best option is to get another vid card. If thats not possible then blame the problem on the people you told to fix your computer and tell them to figure it out. And be there when they do.
