I have some difficulties with my graphics card lately when I reformatted my computer.
As you can see here 
If I put it in graphics card in, and un-install that (image on top) would it take card of my trouble? Because once I apply my gfx card as my display setting, it becomes black..

Wouldn't hurt to uninstall it if it gets even worse go to the manufacturer's website and download the KM400 Display Driver.

It may be because your display driver is outdated or corrupted.You could download a new one by searching on google for "KM400" or VIA/SG3 KM400/KN400 or whatever and download a new driver from the website but hey it's just a suggestion.

But, what exactly is the driver for?
I tried searching google, but it doesn't give me the answer I wanted.

Gives you dlls,hlx,etc for your driver .
By the way,can you right-click My Computer --> Click Manage then go to Device Manager does it show you any errors on your graphic card?

Nope it doesn't, but I don't think that driver support my processor since my processor is an AMD Sempron.
