But hey, it's a great card (the 8800GTS) but I would buy 2 of them for SLi power.

I would rather get a better card then SLI cuz i'm out of PCI slots

P.S. ATM i'm upgrading from 650GB (400GB 7,200RPM and 250GB 5,400 RPM) To 1.3TB (150GB 10,000RPM, 500GB 7,200RPM, 400GB 7,200RPM, and 250GB 54,00RPM)

Yeah, go for it, just make sure you've got a 700W+ PSU.

Or, if you've got bottemless pockets, go for an 8800 Ultra.

I got 750Watt, but 8800GTS is enough for me, at least for now. I don't do very much OC and my computer stays very cool (ATM CPU is 19C air cooling)
But my VGA get hot >.> so i want to balance it.

Tip: OC the 8800GTS to 1150 core and 1050 Memory.

I don't play much hardcore graphic games so it shouldn't matter.
Is the differant be noticable if it is OCed?

Yes. I've done it before and reviewed it; the increase in performance is noticeable.
