This is Great..iv always wanted to create my own computer and now since i have a job i mihgt just be able to do that....and this si really cheap, my dad bought a Dell Pc for $1,200
and it has 250gb hard drive and 512mb ram <_< not the best but it runs really well.

Kthanksbye. | You can just replace the mobo and the chip for an equal replacement and it would still be about the same cost (just a little higher) but i'd personally stick with AMD they are great and well priced.

i'd stick with ebay... they are better priced  but i personally recommend an Intel Chipset...

IF you are still playing HL2 based games, WoW, Guild Wards, and other non-demanding games, just get an 8600 256/512 RAM, or 8600 GTS 256/512 RAM, you will not be let down. I have a Hanns-G HW223D 22" monitor with an Emachines T6528. I am totally ballin' with my 8600GT 256.
Emachines T6528:
AMD Athlon 3500+ (2.21 GHz)
160GB Seagate HDD
MS-7207 Board
Integrated Realtek HD Audio
Logitech 5.1 z5300e
Hanns-G HW223D
XFX 620MHz Core 256MB RAM 8600GT
And with my ballin' single core build, I get an average of 180 FPS in CS:S and TF2 with everything at high and max res (1680x1050), except AA, and AF (No one needs those rofl). And guess how much I payed just for the computer: 450$. Too bad I didn't wait for the cheap X2's to come out in Emachines.
So I am a 110% AMD Fan. My "Slow" PC, after two years of still owning it, is faster than ever. Multitasking is easy, working in firefox, adobe photoshop, and CS:S at the same time requires no hiccup.
So I go with Horn on this one. AMD all the way!

That's only the basic gaming computer for a range of 7XX, but still a nice one. It's not only those to worry about, people should also worry about if they get WinXP/Vista etc.
