That means i has a empty BIOS chip in my hands.
He and I had 2 of the extact motherboards. So i boot my up started the BIOS writing program that came with the motherboard.
Copied the data from my BIOS chip and put it in my friend BIOS chip.
I don't got a device that can do that, so the only way was to remove the my BIOS chip and put in the empty one to reprogram it.
It worked both copies of the BIOS chip work but i must of shocked the board somehow..
BTW. A pc won't boot up without the BIOS chip. But does not need the BIOS chip to keep it running.
