my mom keeps telling me to stop drink soda...
i kinda drink alot (like 2-4 cans a day)
and the worst thing is:
i cant even remember the last time i drank water. (no kidding)
any ideas?

erm, ya just dont buy it? Or you can try to stay away from vending machines.
Also you can bet your friends and parents (or whoever sees you alot) 100 bucks taht yoou wont drink soda. And if you lose they get 100 bucks, but if you win you get nothing because you were trying to quit anyways.
Also you can slap yourself on the face as hard as you7 can every time you see yourself reaching for a soda can
If you really want to stop then you can.
It was the same for me and hotcheetos, i use to go through at lest 2 bags of normal size hot cheetos bag every day. It was pretty hard to quit for 2 months, but i ended up doing it because i really wanted to quit for 2 months.

try switching to drink something else like vitaminwater its tastes good and its good for you (like 100% vitamin c per bottle)

Vitamin water has no absolute proof that it actually IS good for you. -.-
Water + sugar + artificial vitamins =/= healthy water
