you can't focus on ANY area, there is no such thing as spot fat except liposuction. That goes for any type of person - fat, skinny, average.
If you want to lose fat quickly, burn as many calories as possible - 1700 calories = 1 pound of fat. You must do like 4-5 hours of consistent work on treadmill to achieve that (from experience). My advice for you is to take it slowly, it is reasonably unhealthy to burn that many calories without sufficient intake of energy to replenish.

^ HIIT is by far better then prolonged cardio at the same intensity.

I could be mistaken, but either way, we're still around the same number).

seriously I eat about 180 calories worth of chocolate and then I work out, I rarely get tired even after 2 hrs of constant exercise doing this.
