I'm sorry to say this, but you can't. Spot training to burn fat is a myth. There's a reason why there's a term called "body fat percentage." The fat is spread overall through the entire BODY. Therefore, you can only lose fat throughout your entire body via cardio. Now if you wanted to lose half a lb, you could always drop your water weight temporarily.

Half a pound, you dont need 6 hours to lose half a pound. I lost at least a pound and a half EVERY football practice. I'm a Offensive Linesmen/ defensive Linesbacker/ or Right guard.
But we do alot of sprints, up downs, and streches.
Oh, and we practice/drill for about 2-3 hours a day?
