Hi, some people think that building every muscle in your body will help you in your future. This is not necessarily true.
Some muscles actually restrict your movement and flexibility but at the same time if you were hit at that point it would hurt ALOT less. So take into account of what muscles you wanna build with what you do with your time.
Examples:
1) You never see bulky runners.
2) You never see bulky Martial Artists.
Reasons:
1) Some muscles in your leg, if worked on enough, would restrict movement meaning you may run much slower. Plus if you work on your upper body too much as a runner, alot of the time it doesn't really help you.
2) There are ALOT of muscles you should leave untouched if you do martial arts. This is because if those muscles restrict your flexibility or movement, then you would be at a HUGE disadvantage in sparring or any other thing in the art.
These are just some examples and there are alot of thing that don't require you to build all your muscles.
My suggestion is to build the muscles through doing the sport as there is practically no way in hell you can build "Negative" muscles for that sport this way.
Basic exercises that always help for anything I can think of are Push Ups and Squats, you really can't go wrong with these.
I hope this may help you if you do a sport and are considering Body Building.
NOTE: This is just an overview and I left alot of info out.

Body building is just for appearance...most body builders even though they look good are weaker than other athletes because they eat the most minimal amount of food while cutting just enough for fuel and the week before the competion they dehydrate themselves to look more ripped. But i dont compete i just do it to look good.

ATM I'm losing alot of fat and gaining alot of muscles.
A lil question: When you lose alot of fat it take a while for your skin to tighten around your body right? so even if you lost alot of fat it won't look like you did until your skin adjusts?

Body Building means muscles in every part of your body.
It's a string in your body, when you go lift weight, it makes it tighter and bigger, that's it. Depends on the person what he wants of muscles. If you do tennis, you automatically get the muscles you need, cause your lifting at the same part all the time you play the game.

If your doing cardio always do it AFTER your lifting session.

Well, I remember that your skin might have folds or "stretching." My friend had it when he lost quite a few pounds and there were vein shaped white marks on his skin because his skin was adapting to the new thin shape.

The sad part is people who go from like, 300 to 180 (wisely with proper diet and workout of course). I honestly congratulate any person who makes such a big lifetime change. But sometimes, they're just so much skin that the only way to get rid of it is surgery. Kinda sucks =/. Btw, you're not losing fat AND gaining muscle. That's impossible unless you're still within your first couple months of training.
